Ingredients
How to prepare

Cut the paneer into cubes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry the cubes until lightly browned. Set aside.

In the same pan, add the onions and fry until golden brown.

Add the chopped ginger and garlic along with the tomato paste.

Add 1 tablespoon of water and salt to taste.

Now add the paneer cubes and the Shahi Paneer spice mix and stir well.

Once everything is well combined, add the cream and sugar (optional) and simmer for 3 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, if desired.
