How to prepare

In a deep bottom pan shallow fry the onions in Oil/ butter.

Add the tomatoes when Onions turn slightly golden brown.

Once the tomatoes are well mixed and mushy, then add the finely chopped ginger and garlic. Stir the mixture until well combined.

Once the ginger and garlic has lost its raw smell, then add the - "Methi Egg Roast Mix". To avoid the mixture from burning , add some water.

Now add fresh cream and boiled eggs cut into halves to the mixture and simmer it for a minute with lid on.

Yes , Now the Methi Egg Roast is ready to be served hot.
