How to prepare

Boil the potatoes with salt and set aside.

Saute the onions until golden brown, then add the chopped ginger and garlic.

Add the tomato paste and Dum Aloo spice mix, and stir in 3 tablespoons of water.

Add the chopped ginger and garlic along with the tomato paste.

Stir in the cream to enhance the flavor.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
