Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Medium sized onion chopped
  • 1 Medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 1 Medium sized Chopped Carrots
  • 1/4 Cup Green peas
  • * Frozen Vegetables can be also used
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic finely chopped
  • 100 gms Fresh cream
  • 1/2-1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
How to prepare
  1. In a deep bottom pan, slightly roast the chopped onions in Oil.
  2. Add freshly chopped ginger and garlic.
  3. Now add boiled potatoes, chopped carrots and Green peas.to the pan
  4. Add salt to taste .
  5. Now add the "Veg Lababdar Mix" and 2 Tbsp water until well combined.

  6. Now Add Fresh cream and let it simmer for a minute.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and with a dash of lemon juice.
