How to prepare

  1. Slice the Paneer/Tofu into cubes in a deep bottom pan.
  2. Shallow fry them in Oil/Butter
  3. Set it aside once slightly brown.let it cool down for a while.
  4. Now add the chopped the Onions into the same pan. Stir it until golden brown.
  5. Add chopped ginger garlic and tomato paste.
  6. Add salt to taste and let it simmer for 2 minutes with lid on.
  7. Once the mixture is thick, add the "Shahi Paneer Mix" and stir well.
  8. Now add the fried Paneer to the mixture and a pinch of sugar.
  9. Add fresh cream and simmer the mixture for another 2 minutes and its ready to be served.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
