Methi Egg Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs Hard boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
  • ½ – ¾ cup chopped methi leaves
  • ½ cup curd beaten smooth
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend garlic, ginger, onion, green chillies and tomatoes in a mixer into a smooth paste.
  2. Take a pan and heat oil. Add the blend masala paste into the oil and cook thoroughly.
  3. Once, it is well cooked, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and kashmiri chilli powder. Mix Well. Add salt to taste.
  4. Then add in the chopped methi leaves and combine everything nicely.
  5. Then add in the curd and saute the masala well. Simmer it until oil leavens from the sides of the pan.
  6. Now add in the boiled egg (halved) and mix well. Cook for few minutes on medium flame.
  7. Switch off the stove.
  8. Hot and yummy methi egg roast is ready!
